Product Recall

DreamGro Enterprises, LLC is conducting a product recall of its DreamGro Mermaid Travel Soother (model numbers DF156-LI and DF156-MT) due to a choking hazard.  Customers should stop using Mermaid Travel Soother immediately.  Customers should contact the store from which they purchased the product for a full refund during the store’s business hours.

A. We are conducting this recall to ensure our customer’s safety.
Q. How can I take advantage of the recall?
A. Contact the store from which you purchased the product for a full refund or store credit during the store’s business hours. Please have the problem product in your possession so that the store can verify the issue with you.
Q. What may the problem be with my Mermaid Soother?
A. The recalled toy’s gold-colored soft star can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.
Q. The star on my Mermaid Travel Soother appears to be connected firmly.  May I continue to use it? 
A. No. All existing models of the soother are subject to recall. Even if the star on your product is firmly connected to the product and appears to be safe, we are asking customers to immediately stop using this product and participate in the recall by contacting your store for a full refund for the purchase amount of your soother.
Q. I no longer have the receipt for the product.
A. That’s Okay. DreamGro has requested that the participating stores honor refunds or store credit for the value of the returned product for customers who have the product in their possession.
Q. How long will it take for me to receive the refund or store credit?
A. You should promptly receive a refund from the store upon returning the product.
Q. Can I repair the product myself?
A. No. Do not to attempt to repair the product yourself, but instead participate in the recall program to ensure maximum safety.
